Internship at GGS IT Consulting is an opportunity designed for future professionals passionate about programming and eager to explore the world of IT. No prior work experience in tech is required – a passion for learning and basic knowledge of programming and databases will do!

When does the internship start, and how long does it last?
We accept internship applications year-round, and the program itself lasts for six months. Each internship is individually tailored, allowing you to start whenever it works best for you.
Is hybrid work an option during the internship?
Our internships are designed for those who can join us on-site at our Kraków office. Hybrid work is not available during this program.
Is the internship at GGS paid?
Yes!
Who can apply for the internship?
We welcome students, graduates, and anyone passionate about programming or working with databases. We’re looking for candidates with basic knowledge who are actively developing their skills and want to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry.
Can the internship lead to permanent employment?
Absolutely! Interns who demonstrate strong performance and wish to continue working with us often transition to junior-level roles after completing their internship.
What training does GGS provide?
Every intern receives full support in developing their knowledge and skills, with training tailored to their specific role. Regardless of the position, interns participate in internal training sessions on tools, technologies, and workflows.
Can I change roles during the internship?
Role changes are generally not part of the internship program. However, we’re open to individual requests and evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.
What benefits do interns receive?
We offer subsidies for Medicover Sport cards, English lessons, and private healthcare. Additionally, we offer free snacks and beverages in our office kitchen, cover the cost of breakfast at a nearby bistro once a week, and support various sports activities like badminton, running, and cycling.
What does the career path at GGS look like?
After completing the internship, successful interns may be offered permanent junior roles that align with their internship experience. From there, you’ll have opportunities to advance your knowledge and skills, moving into positions such as Regular, Senior, and beyond.
How does GGS support sports initiatives?
We actively promote employee participation in sports. Once a week, we reserve a badminton court for our team. During summer, we organize an internal “Bike to Work” campaign to encourage cycling to the office. We also provide access to football pitch reservations. Additionally, our employees take part in popular Kraków events, such as the Business Run and the Grand Prix Krakowa Mountain Runs.
